Sex Panther! The one and only. Until now, this Double Chocolate Porter has only been available on tap. That all changed on January 7th when SanTan released cans for the first time.This dark, seductive brew joins their Railslide Imperial Spiced Ale as the newest addition to the brewery's seasonal cannned lineup. "Sex Panther 2013 Double Chocolate Porter is a late Winter Seasonal that is brewed with Colonial Rosewood Cocoa and large amounts of Chocolate malt giving this beer a huge chocolaty flavor combined with hints of truffle and molasses. Summit hops are used to balance the sweetness and White Wheat is added to give Sex Panther a smooth, creamy head that lasts all night!"

Here we go...

Pour - very dark auburn with a big fuffy white head on top. Nice lacing inside the glass. A great looking pour coming out of the can. 

Aroma -  put all your Anchorman jokes away for a few minutes. This Sex Panther has rich aromas of cocoa, espresso, molasses, dark cherries, and plenty of dark roasted malt. A malt lovers dream for sure.

Taste - one sip and you'll know you're in for a treat. All those rich malty aromas come into play on the palate in the form of a silky smooth, almost creamy, decadent porter. Loads of cocoa/truffle flavors are bitter sweet on the tongue and combine with some hints of vanilla and dark fruits. Plenty of roasty/toasty malt flavors are present and make this a very flavorful beer. 

Overall - delicious. If you're a fan of stouts and porters you'll want to get your hands on some Sex Panther. Loads of flavor packed into this ultra-smooth dark-roasted delight.
